We have had no such issues for installation carried for our clients. I would suggest you re-check your WGET settings used in the Task Scheduler. From what it seems, it does not get executed. Next run the parser command in your web browser. If that does not work, check the same permissions for the user account that the web site runs under in IIS. Thank you for the advice NetFusion. I have an administrator account so i have all permissions. There is no problem when I run the parser command on my browser at https://support.domain.com/cron/index.php?_t=parser Every time when I refresh this URL, email parser executes and fetches email to my kayako. If I don’t run the parser command on my browser, it takes 1 hour or more to execute. Here is my execution task logs time for POP3/IMAP fetching from last night till now. 11.20pm 12.35pm 1.37pm 7.04am 9.24am |
