Overdue tickets resetting their due dates - 17-01-2008, 03:53 AM

When tickets reach their due date, instead of defaulting to 'Overdue' status, they simply reset the due date according to whatever SLA plan is assigned to that department.

I know the Overdue function has worked fine in the past ...

What escalation rules do you have configured? Anything that would interfere like this?
