Question Page Titles - 25-01-2008, 09:05 AM

Hi Within the Admin section, can anyone tell me where the Page titles are stored, i would like to remove the Powered by... tag

Hi Alex,

You should find this in the /themes/admin_default folder, in the header.tpl file.

Hi Jamie - thanks for your post.

I just want to remove the 'Powered by SS' text, which in the Client area is a separate changable variable.

In header.tpl there is a variable $documenttitle, but that seems to have no effect if it is removed.
In cpheader.tpl there is a variable $title, which if removed, takes out the whole of the page title.

I can see where its pulling $title from though

Try /locale/en-us/en-us.php and find :-
Code:
'poweredby' => 'Powered by %s',
Simply remove everything inside the second quotation marks.
