Pages problem in Download section

I have the following problem in Downloads section:
I have created a lot of categories and files and when I want to list the files in staff area in appropriate category, the page function is not working. If I click on the 2nd page the files list looses in category filter and shows the full list of files which makes file search very difficult.
The other problem ( or request ) is coming in client area, where I want to browse the files in appropriate folder where I have more then 100 files ( not so small number ) I see the full list on one page, there is no paging in client area at all!

This should be added. Makes alot of sense.

As for your issue, can you please provide screenshots?

Please look to attached file. Pay attention on the URL in the status bar when I hold the cursor on the 2nd page link - the URL doesn't contain any folder information, just offset.
