We are a company moving away from a custom solution and migrating to MB 5 and Kayako Support Suite. We simply do not have the time to figure out all the details with advanced setups and are asking for some Kayako 'expert' to bid out our custom integration.
What is needed:
1) We have one support center that does support for three companies. We need to set up Kayako to accept email and tickets from three locations.
2) Since we do not run three separate support locations, only one, we hope to set up to where people can come from one of three companies and manage all support from there.
3) We need all the custom fields, templates, etc.. set up to reflect the three companies when piping.
4) Anything else required to make our needs work.
5) Perhaps work a basic skin for the support site.
6) Set up troubleshooters, kbs, downloads for the basic's. Ensim, Plesk, VPS help for example.
