parser fetches emails twice

Hi there

I have 3 mail queues, each with different email addresses. all of the get fetched via POP3 from a single pop3 account (from our exchange server).
When I now send an email to e.g. support@company.com, the parser fetches it twice and creates two tickets aout of it. Same with replies to an existing ticket, i get two replies in the ticket.

Any idea out there?

I had the same problems, switched to imap and it solved my problem
