First, Kayako does not advice clients to upgrade to a CVS build. Contact Kayako Support for the files you require, they might be able to provide them to you. Hi tm2000, You are correct to follow my steps regarding taking the two files from the CVS build. However, for some reason it seems folders are missing from the latest automatic build; please try again in 3 - 4 hours. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks Jamie.. is there anyway you can just post here the two files that have been modified??? Or the two files from the CVS so we can hack em? This is causing us lots of issues... and need something ASAP.. It's weird, yesterday all we had to do was delete the file, but today, that does not work.. So we are SOL.. THANKS!!! |

It seems that several other alterations have been made to those files since I wrote the patch instructions, in order to fix a different bug. (Incidentally, this is why we aren't adding any new non-security defects to 3.30.00, and why we're trying to push stuff from 3.30.00 to .01, so we can get a stable out there with this stuff fixed and end this problem.) I will investigate the matter and attempt to provide updated instructions today. No promises, but I'm gonna try hard. -------------------------------------------------------------------
