parser not working askes to download file? when run via URL.

all of a sudden the parser isnt working. if i run it via URL, it askes to download the page. but i know php is working because i can loginto esupport. and i have uploaded a phpinfo.php file into the cron folder and it runs / displays ok.

whats happening, as far as i know nothing has been changed. please help.

I very strongly suspect this was an incorrect MIME type.
