************************************************** ******

This Fails with the parse log, the only difference is we selected the address from the outlook address book contact and did not type it in.... Notice the To: field in this message.... and this also results in no Queue assignment..

Bug confirmed - 06-06-2007, 09:53 AM

Hi,

I confirm this bug, Kayako does not parse the address correctly. Outlook adds quotes around the e-mail address, and Kayako does not strip them. Behaviour can be changing catch-all rules, or by editing the Kayako files directly.

Should be fixed in a new release however.

Regards,

Maarten
