Pdf export problem - Kayako

I am trying to export a ticket in pdf format but all characters are mangled up

any ideas

my default charset is utf8

????

Hi all,

I've found the solution to this problem
Open the file function_pdf.php in includes folder and add the following code at line 92 : $html = utf8_decode($html);

Exemple :
function WriteHTML($html,$bi)
{
$html = utf8_decode($html);
//remove all unsupported tags
$this->bi=$bi;
....

With this it should be good
