Unhappy Permissions Denied - 15-02-2006, 11:38 PM

I am getting this now....all was working fine, and now inside a ticket, if I hit forward, edit, bill, anything other than reply we get a javascript popup that says "Permission Denied".

Anyone else seen and fixed this?

Add your site to your Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer, delete all temp internet files, and refresh the page. You should be fine for the permissions denied issue. Just figured it out myself.

Having this issue with our install, but doing what you have mentioned above ehoffman did not help.

This software is a lot more buggy than I could have ever imagined.

We get this all the time.

Our fix is to clear the cache directory of esupport and also clear your browser cache. That always works for us.
