Phone ticket Have no Idea what it is - 09-06-2008, 06:52 AM

what can I say! I am perhaps stupid because I have not Idea what the phone ticket is about

You would use it (for example) when a customer calls you via telephone, and you wish to log what was said/done and what the issue was in your support desk. To do this, you'd create a phone ticket.
