phpBB LoginShare - Kayako

Hi,

I added my phpBB database info in LoginShare area and chose "phpBB" as login for default "Group". but when I register myself in phpBB I don't get any kayako account, please advice what wrong I did? any idea to solve it?

The account is created when you log in to Kayako with your PHPBB username and password.

you don't have any problem with password cookies ?
