Well like I said, it's a fairly unimportant issue; https just ensures that the connection can't be snooped by a third party. In this case, the connection is fairly moot; it's used for reporting. Since the URL is well known, nothing's stopping outsiders from just making their own https connection to the same address.

That said, if you decide you want it fixed just because things that don't work are infuriating (I'm an engineer, I'd totally understand) then open a ticket and ask for me by name, and we'll see if we can't sort it out.

But really, it'd be more of a "so that's why" issue than a "omg the mafia" issue. Totally unimportant, unless it's personally frustrating for you.
