Hi,
We need to import our Cerberus Database which is over 3000 pages of tickets in the impex system which will take around 3 hours and we need to be able to use the helpdesk while that import is in place.
Is it possible to make it so we can ignore the following error:
[WARNING]: Setup Directory not Deleted
Please delete the setup directory before using the product, Keeping it on server can result in security breaches.
It won't let us login to anything because of the setup directory being there. We have the owned version for eSupport.
We just need to be able to pipe emails and reply to tickets in Kayako while impex is running. How can this be done? |
