Plesk Piping: bounce back issue

I have setup piping in kayako supportsuite and also have setup the proper qmail file for for techsupport@mydomain.com

Here is what the qmail file looks like:

"| /var/www/httpd/vhosts/mydomain.com/subdomains/support/httpdocs/cli/index.php"

However, I get this bounceback when trying to e-mail techsupport@mydomain.com

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at domain.mydomain.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Sorry. Although I'm listed as a best-preference MX or A for that host, it isn't in my control/locals file, so I don't treat it as local. (#5.4.6)

What the heck do I do?

Same error regardless of spacing... (I actually tried both ways before but I did double check this morning).
