Hi There, We have just switch over to Kayako and i have noticed that our emails seem to be causing a backlog. When I run the fetch mail cron manually through /cron/index.php?_t=parser I receive the following results. This would suggest that its only downloading 20 emails at a time. If this is correct, is there anyway this could be changed? Yes it is a mail parser setting. you can configure how many mails are parsed @ one moment. I hope this answers your question |
