| POP3 Fetching sporadic at best. -

Hello folks!
I've been trying and begging Kayako for help with this issue for the last month, but they do not seem interested in solving it, or even in responding to my inquiries. Maybe there's something someone can suggest.
The setup: We have a hosted application currently running version 3.00.81
The problem: The fetching works very sporadically and on no regular schedule. The emails get fetched when we first log in to the staff cp, or sometimes when we log into the admin cp, or sometimes when we manually launch it from the admin cp, or sometimes when we refresh the admin cp.
Emails sent directly to the default email address that is piped work great, but our emails come into several different boxes. So far, we are only trying to fetch from one and getting the above-stated results and no help from Kayako.
Is there anything anyone can suggest? Again, we are on a hosted system. Does this leave us to the mercy of Kayako's questionable service?
