It was working fine till we recently changed the password of domain user under which the schedule task (wget service) was running. Executing the cron (http://support.domain/cron/index.php?_t=parser) generates the following fesults- Total Messages in Inbox: 0 Total Messages in Inbox: 554 Fetching Msg Num: 1 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 1 Fetching Msg Num: 2 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 2 Fetching Msg Num: 3 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 3 Fetching Msg Num: 4 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 4 Fetching Msg Num: 5 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 5 Fetching Msg Num: 6 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 6 Fetching Msg Num: 7 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 7 Fetching Msg Num: 8 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 8 Fetching Msg Num: 9 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 9 Fetching Msg Num: 10 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 10 Fetching Msg Num: 11 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 11 Fetching Msg Num: 12 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 12 Fetching Msg Num: 13 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 13 Fetching Msg Num: 14 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 14 Fetching Msg Num: 15 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 15 Fetching Msg Num: 16 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 16 Fetching Msg Num: 17 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 17 Fetching Msg Num: 18 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 18 Fetching Msg Num: 19 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 19 Fetching Msg Num: 20 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 20 Fetching Msg Num: 21 Account is POP3 Fetching Msg UID: 21 554 Total Messages Rejected Messages: 0 Accepted Messages: 21 Can some one tell me what is wrong with this entire scenario? I am unable to interpret the output of cron job. Is this something related to the permission where support suite host server is failing to delete the emails from pop3 server after fetching. It is to be noted that all replies are basically "Non delivered email" of a reply made of that ticket. The last replier name appears for the all these unwanted replies as postmaster@servername We are using- SupportSuite - Version 3.00.32 Stable OS - Windows 2003 PHP - 5.1.1 MySql - 5.0.16 Thanks for you assistance.
