Hi, You still need to have php compiled with IMAP support to poll POP3 as it uses IMAP functions. UK cPanel/WHM hosting accounts http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk |

Is this CERTAIN? This really bites if this is the case becaues it's not clear that you need BOTH just to use one. GoDaddy DOES NOT support IMAP on their PHP installs. Is there ANY workaround? If not I think this really needs to get fixed. Anyone else having the same problem? Can we get a list of good "kayako" compatible hosts? | |

Yes, you deffinatly need to compile PHP with IMAP support to use either POP3 or IMAP fetching. The only workaround would be to find a host who supports IMAP compiled into PHP. UK cPanel/WHM hosting accounts http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk |
