This is what you can do, all a forward for all your other email addresses to a single address (e.g. support@domain.com - a POP3 account). Now add support@domain.com as POP3 in the software while add the other email addresses with the method type as "pipe". Using this method, the software will not only fetch all the emails irrespective of the email address to which the email was sent to but will also sort the emails into the departments correctly.
