Possible bug in status change while forwarding? - 12-02-2008, 06:18 PM

Can anyone confirm this issue:

I go to Forward an open ticket. I set forward email, status to on hold, priority high, and quote the client post.

Everything gets set except the status is still open. I have to manually change the status to on hold for every forwarded ticket.

Bug?

No problem. I got some more coming with the Forward system after I started using it... couple of other small oddities...
