| is this possible - to have two levels of tech support -

Dear All,
I have a question I was hoping someone can help me with. I would like to have two levels of tech support on my kayako installation. So, the first level would receive all emails and if the first-level couldn't handle the request, the email would be promoted to the second level of support - Is this possible? Also, is it possible that when the ticket is promoted the second level support would receive an email letting them know a ticket is waiting? How would I go about setting this up in kayako? Any and all help most appreciated.
