hi, ive just installed esupport v3, i have been using v 2.3.5 for a couple of years.
the installation was great, very very simple. i have a number of problems tho:
- piping shows up in the email parser log.. only sometimes! dont know why. when it does, it takes about half an hour to register.
- when the log says it has created a ticket.. the ticket is nowhere to be seen in the staff interface. i seach for it, but get nothing.
- if a ticket is submitted via the web, then i get a mail back to the sender with a ticked id, but this ticket does not always show up in the the staff interface either. again, searching for the ticket id, gives no results.
any clues? it all looks great. but so far, cant really get it to do what 2.3.5 did!
