i need post in knowledgebase php and html code my custumers see this code, have tag to use codes in supportsuite? ex:

<html>
teste
</html>

or

echo "teste";

Just post the content as you usually do. I believe Kayako does not support HTML BB codes

Hi fpr,

To post HTML in a knowledgebase article, you cannot use XML reserved characters < and >; you need to convert them to their entities; < > in order for them to display.
