Hi All, Recently we have started to get a problem when submitting a reply to a ticket. If you add a reply and hit send the system sits and waits for a minute or more before completing. If you add a comment or do anything else it is very quick. We have checked out mail system for delays, our database server and our web server and cannot find anything to cause this delay. Has anyone else seen this behaviour and if so what did you do to fix it? Any advice welcome. -- customer services Gradwell dot com support info and faqs at Gradwell dot com support |

Try switching to SMTP under General Settings and check if the issue persist. Hi, Thanks we already have this Enabled and it does not make any difference. It appears to be intermittent, but when it happens it happens for a long period of time. Am investigating updating my software to the latest version, the only problem with the update to esupport is the destructive nature of the update to our customisations. -- customer services Gradwell dot com support info and faqs at Gradwell dot com support |
