Detailed Example - 25-08-2006, 06:02 PM

Would it be possible to get a detailed example of this ie. template name to modify and the code in your template. Why this feature is not part of the standard offering is beyond me. Sure, makes emails bigger - but do we really expect people to remember what they said 24 hours ago.

Due to huge amount of requests we have decided to implement this in next CVS as a small setting change.

Expect an update on this soon.

Excellent news.. I know people have wanted the ability to include the messages in the auto responder and other outmound messages for quite some time.. Luck forward to next CVS build.

Did you mean Auto Responder? If yes, then I dont see a point because when the auto responder is dispatched there is absolutely no history in the ticket.

It would make sense - 14-09-2006, 12:21 PM

It would be very nice to echo back to the user the message they just sent in - so there is a confirmation of what they sent and what the system saw go in.
