Posty Reply changes ticket status to open. - 18-08-2007, 12:32 AM

I have version 3.11.01 and every time I reply to a ticket that I have changed it's status to say "In Progress" it defaults back to open. So every time a make a response to a ticket I have to remeber to set it's status to what it's already at otherwise it goes back to open.

Anyone know how to fix this??

This bug is known and has been fixed in the CVS. Please download the latest CVS version, find the file:

Code:
modules/tickets/functions_ticketsui.php
And replace it (don't forget to back up your original).

DOes this CSV build also fix the mysql error every time IM replying to a message. It's for the feature that shows you if somone is also typing in the same message. I just keep getting mysql error cannot connect to local host on line 428 functions.php.??

Copied the file from the CSV and the changing status thing works fine now.
