With regards to the issue, I was mistaken - it is a feature request; not a bug. You have several e-mail queues pointing to one department. By design, SupportSuite will pick the first queue from which to issue the autoresponder generated for that department. A feature request has been logged, which will give you the option of selecting the default queue for a department. For the record, this is working by design, but we have given consideration to your particular requirements and agreed to roadmap the feature request. -------------------------------------------------------------------
