Its middle of the week now so you probably have someone that can look into this critical issue.

Just to update this thread. The only thing that Raghav has done is to create a new BUG report.

Here is the FUNNY thing that kayako support does not understand. This IS A CRITICAL FUNCTIONALITY ISSUE and has been assigned as a FEATURE REQUEST.

And since we know how long kayako can take to resolve critical bugs, this "feature request" will remain a bug for a few decades more.

This is NOT the kind of support that I should expect!!!

Jamie, thanks for the GREAT technical support you and your staff provide.

Next time i'll be sure to hire my own developer to fix my issues rather than purchasing so called "support and updates" from you guys.

Look at our changelogs and roadmaps - bugs are fixed in a timely manner and the feature requests which are logged here are implemented without much delay.

With regards to the issue, I was mistaken - it is a feature request; not a bug.

You have several e-mail queues pointing to one department. By design, SupportSuite will pick the first queue from which to issue the autoresponder generated for that department. A feature request has been logged, which will give you the option of selecting the default queue for a department.

For the record, this is working by design, but we have given consideration to your particular requirements and agreed to roadmap the feature request.

It seems to select the email queue with the lowest emailqueueid from the swemailqueues table as the default address.

This number seems to accumulate, so adding a new email queue will select the next higher integer, even if a lower id is not in use.

You can modify the email queue with the lowest ID as your preferred address, and configure it with the properties.
