Help! ![]() I'm not sure what else to do... I've added/removed predefined reply categories, added/deleted replies, etc. and none of the changes will show up when I go to reply to a ticket. All of the options under the predefined replies popdown are still stuck on an old state. I've tried deleting my cache files, logging out/back in ... this happens for all users in our desk. As it stands right now this functionality is completely dead to us, and we really need it. Any thoughts? Spam killing your server? We have an EASY solution! You may find tons of javascript warnings. What you should look for is an error. An error symbol is different from warning. Try this: 1) Log into FTP, navigate to your installation folder. 2) Browse to the cache folder. 3) Delete all files in there, except index.html. Now log back into your staff control panel. These cache files should regenerate themselves, including the menu JavaScripts. From : problems with predefined replies |
