Hi, I have created a new predefined reply, however the category doesn't appear in the drop down when posting a reply to a customer. A category that was previously added does appear though. We have logged out logged back in and closed the browser but still no joy. |

Simple solution, just edit the reply, don't do any changes, click on Update button. Check now, it will be working  |
