Currently we have it setup were the customer inputs specific data in the tickets they create. i.e. domain name, username, etc etc
I see you can create custom filed under the User Registration Group Type and assign this information to each user which I like.
Now can these values that you assign be prepopulated in the submit ticket view for the user so the user can change it for that particular ticket if they have to or at least to show the user what is being tacked onto the the ticket?
