prevent modification of field contents (client side)

when a client (set as a user, not manager) logs in and views tickets, they have the ability to modify the content of the form fields.

Is there any way to prevent this?

Not without code modifications and your on the hosted licence so you cannot do this.

It has been suggested for V4 though.

Staff CP > Users > Registered > Can Change Ticket Properties > "NO"

Admin CP > Custom Fields > Manage Fields > Edit > User Editable > "No"
