Preventing ticket "lockout"? - 27-07-2007, 06:39 PM

Hey Everyone!

I was wondering if there was possibly a way that I could prevent a user from being "locked out" of a ticket if it is assigned to someone else?

Thanks!
Sarah

If the ticket is in their department, they should still be able to pull it up by searching for it.

Well the ticket is in their department, but if it's assigned to someone else in the department, then it becomes invisible.

Thanks,
Sarah

In the ticket list maybe but if you go Search and type the ticket ID, it will pull it up.
