Print COMPLETE Ticket - 21-03-2006, 12:15 PM

Hi

in printing ticket or exporting to PDF I only get the "official" stuff from the ticket. Is there no way to print / export the complete Ticket including notes, forwards, 3rd party replies and billing records?

Hey,

What you can do is, go to the department and on the left hand side click the check box for the ticket. From the far left drop down box hit "Mass Print" which should take care of the problem.

no, that doesn't print the comments, billings notes, thirg party replies....

Has there been movement toward allowing staff/admins to print an entire ticket? We would like to get output of all the items associated with a ticket. More of a ticket audit thats printable.

We are using Using SS 3.10.02

Well it is more of a feature request. Hopefully one of the mods will move it to feature requests and it will get considered for a future version.

Its discouraging that this has been an open topic for more than a year and still no movement. We are switching from One or Zero (http://www.oneorzero.com/) and 1|0 does this.

I don't think your allowed to post competing software links on here (could be wrong).

Anyway, it is likely because it is not in the feature request board. When new versions are being decided, only the feature request boards are looked in.

its troubling that the 'competing software' has the features needed for free, yet what we paid for doesn't.
