Private / Pubic Support Response - 19-09-2006, 05:18 PM

Is there a way to mark within a support ticket private / public? We are going to start using this and would like to make some posts private for only staff to see within the ticket. Is this possible to do?

you would need to add note for that, alternatively you can use forward
