Proactive chat not working yet?

As of the latest Build 3.00.12, I can't seem to get the proactive chat to work in either requested or forced mode.

Anyone else been successful?

Hi,

Popup blockers need to be disabled for these to work, ProActive chat works but it is putting the do you want to chat box off screen in IE as appears way too high. This section of code needs some browser detection adding to alter the positioning based on the browser.

Forced chat works fine with the latest build, well at least in IE and FireFox - not tested in any other browsers.

Thanks Neil! I was able to get it to work, BUT

I hate the position of where this box is popping up... I'd prefer it being left justified on the window rather than somewhat centered.
I found the template that displays this proactive message box in "proactivechatdiv". But I don't see any way to control this table's X,Y starting position on screen based on the HTML code that is presented in this template.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Doug,
If I remember, You might need to edit the modules/livesupport/visitor_htmlcode.php to change the CSS for that DIV.

Is there a way to add an image in place of what is there on the proactive message? We would like to put an image up in place that would promote our services a bit more than the current "Would you like to chat..." message.
