Hi, Popup blockers need to be disabled for these to work, ProActive chat works but it is putting the do you want to chat box off screen in IE as appears way too high. This section of code needs some browser detection adding to alter the positioning based on the browser. Forced chat works fine with the latest build, well at least in IE and FireFox - not tested in any other browsers. UK cPanel/WHM hosting accounts http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk |

Hi Doug, If I remember, You might need to edit the modules/livesupport/visitor_htmlcode.php to change the CSS for that DIV. Regards, Varun Shoor -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi, Just editing the proactivechatdiv template in the AdminCP should do it. UK cPanel/WHM hosting accounts http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk |
