I want to translate all system + LiveResponse program. On the site everything is fine but i can`t make all bulgarian word to save in bulgarian characters in DB. I try charset latin1, latin2, cp1251_bulgarian_ci...but nothing. In LiveResponse shows bulgarian words (staff names) like ?????????? and don`t like that. What charset to use for the DB ? Or is not the problem from the DB ?

Did you try setting the charset in the config.php file of the software?

Sorry my bad. You need to set it under /locale/en-us/en-us.php

i copy en-us and rename the copy bg. then rename en-us.php to bg.php and translait it (here i change encoding to cp1251) but in LiveResponse program symbols are "???????? ??? ?? ? ?". How can I set encoding for the program to windows-1251 ? (on the site everything is fine).
