Problem with Cron - 07-06-2007, 11:47 AM

Tried to set mail fetching using Cron, but it simplу does not work. If I use browser, mails are fetched ok. From Linux I can't fetch them using GET, wget, php etc. Any help with that?

What address are you fetching with your cron?

Try the absolute URL, http://www.site.com/support/cron/index.php

it is actually without /support, it installed just like site.com/cron/index.php

But anyway, it does not work from inside the server. From outside I can call it with my browser, and it fetches mails ok.

This may be a firewall - I am no Unix expert so I am afraid I cannot assist you further. We do have a very knowledgeable Services team who will be able to assist you if you still have a support subscription.
