Problem with Departments

Hi all,

I'm having trouble with my departments. I have made a new department for tickets, and the user sees the department and can create tickets. BUT on the staff CP side, the tickets are no where to be found. It does not show up with the other departments on the "department ticket tree". It won't even show the tickets in the the "view all"....I have set the properties exactly the same as my other departments. Any ideas on what I've done wrong?

Have you assigned staff to the departments? You will have to go through your staff and ensure that the new department is highlighted under their profile (at the bottom).
