| problem to disable listing a status in main ticket queue -

hello kayako community,
i use the kayako eSupport Suite in the actual version.
but there is still a problem which i didn't solve yet, i hope you can help me here.
the problem as following:
as german user i have added 4 status which tickets can have:
open (offen)
on hold (warten)
closed (geschlossen)
done(erledigt)
The "done" status i have added manually. i do not want to list this status in the main ticket queue, but it still does. i have deactivated this in the admin menue, that the status done should not be displayed, but no reaction.
can you tell me where the problem is? or have i forgot an option to activate/deactivate ?
