| Problem with download section -

We have implemented Kayako solution for one of our clients and we have a couple of new problems.
First is that Download section in Support center shows categories and number of available files within. Problem comes if you have multiple subcategories full of documents, but non on actual category above them. So now people browsing download section see a category with (0) articles in, they naturally will not open it, even if 100+ articles are stored within subcategories. Is there a way to:
a. make a number invisible
b. show actual count within category (subcategories)
Second one is how to view a file in staff panel, OK sure they can click a dozen of times to go to Support Center and the right category and article. But what if the file is Privat? How can they check if it is still relevant?
