Unhappy Problem with Email links in tickets - 16-11-2006, 05:58 PM

We have version 3.00.90 and when we reply to tickets etc.. there are no links so that the user can quickly access the ticket.

With the version that I have should it automatically put this on a ticket or do I have to adjust something to make it work ?

This feature is implemented in our latest build. Please upgrade your helpdesk to our latest buid and this will resolve your issue.

I have now upgraded to the latest build and I have reverted the templates and I have cleared out the cache. Buit I am still not getting links on my ticket emails. Any ideas ?

When I restored the template submitticketconfirm and save it the status changes to modified and this is the same with emailstaffreply.
