Welcome, I have a problem with eSupport. Cron works as: 0/5 * * * * wget -O /dev/null http://e-pomoc.info/cron/index.php?_t=parser but it doesn't fetch e-mails from an account. When i am trying to run http://e-pomoc.info/cron/index.php?_t=parser in IE there is only blank page. Best regards, Mariusz Jokiel |

Try getting it to run http://e-pomoc.info/cron/index.php instead. Also check Admin CP -> Scheduled Tasks -> Manage has POP / IMAP Parser enabled. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Your PHP settings seem fine. Check your server error_log for any reported error. I thought it was only *supposed* to show a blank 1px by 1px square... Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

It is supposed to show the 1x1px square when you go to it directly. Have you tried running the cron on that and checking it is set to enabled like I mentioned above? Does it pull the mail then? Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

I don't understand. How do you suggest to run a cron? I am using wget http://e-pomoc.info/cron/index.php. |

I would like to ask you (these people which doesn't have such problem) what version of eSupport do you use, could you give me some link to your phpinfo() that i could check and compare variables, because support writes to me with this problem and they doesn't know. |
