Problem found

First of all, i am not so good in english. Sorry.

I have a problem found, if i create a ticket on my site:

http://helpdesk.webruimtehosting.nl

And click on Submit, i get a page error. It doesn't excist...

index.php is found on my ftp server.

please test it to see the bug: http://www.webruimtehosting.nl/helpdesk/index.php

Please make sure you uploaded all the files on server. If problem persists then please open a support ticket providing all access details.

I get a 404 when I try to access your helpdesk. The issue seems to be with your server.
