Problem with Image Verification

I've disabled Email Verification and Image Verification in the User Registration settings, but when I go to Register as a pretend user I get

"ERROR: Invalid Verification Image Code"

There is no image or field to enter the image verification code, so why do I get this error ?

Nevermind.....browser restart was all that was required. I assumed a reload was enough....
