| PROBLEM! Join two or more users, or adding address -

Hello.
The proble is the following:
Scenary:
- A customer send a mail
- so, a user is created on the system, with this mail
- Then, the user send another mail, from another email address
- so, the system create another user for the same man
So, now we want to have 1 user with the 2 emails
I go to users, check one of them, and the try to add a new email address to the user, but it don't give me an error, but NOT add the email (because the email is existent on the second user, do you follow me?)
The only solution I found, is to delete the secon user, and then I can add the secondary email address to the first, but when I do that, all the tickets created using the second user/address are lost.
How can I simply tell the system than these two users are only one, and join him, without erase any communications ? (like we can join two tickets.)
