problem occured during Supportsuite installation script

Could anyone help me to sort out my problem.Basically I have done to upload all supportsuite files at our webserver and when I run the supportsite installiontion script then the problem arise after the first step"License agreement" the second step "verify database" here it shows me a error which is given below

Verifying Database Connection FAILED
Reason: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client
I aleardy checked my database conenction everything is ok.My sql server also running and I also update the configuration file config.php inside the upload folder.For all of your information I wanna metion that I am using IIS server. Though couldn't able to solve the problem.I hope anyone will guide me proper solution.
