problem receiving ticket - 22-04-2008, 09:48 AM

Hi,

I had to reinstall my server. Now I restored everything including kayako. I can browse it fine but when I send a mail to support@domain.com. Its not creating ticket. Any idea?

Did you recreate your mail forwarders/aliases?

Please refer to the user manual (Redirecting) for instructions on installation and configuring e-mail piping for your server.
