Here is the scenario We have 3 template groups (companies), company1, company2 and company3 We also have separate depts for each group General Support (company1) General Support (company2) General Support (company2) Each one has its own PIPE in the email queues and each has different email address. support@company1.com support@company2.com etc Sometimes tickets come in to the wrong group and we need to change this, but there does not appear to be any way to do this. We can change the dept, but this then gives us a list of incorrect email addresses. We want to move the ticket to group: Company1 dept: General Support (company1) email: support@company1.com but this is not possible. All we can do is change the dept, but as the group is not the correct one form the dept, it does not give us the correct FROM address to choose from. |
